Comprehensive A/C Maintenancee Service
Note - systems eligible for this program must first be inspected to determine eligibility. In the off chance that a breakdown occurs during the life of the service plan, our guarantee waives the $99 diagnostic fee, and a 10% discount will be applied to the repair. Guarantee is voided if repairs recommended during service are not authorized by the customer.
AC Maintenance Plan

AirCare Service Plans include full system maintenance and inspection, a system health report, a no-breakdown guarantee, priority service and a 10% discount on all repairs or adjustments that the system needs!
AC Maintenance Plans include:
- Annual Visit for Maintenance and Inspection
- 10% Discount on any needed repairs or adjustments
- Cleaning of the condenser, including the coil
- Clearing and treating the drain line to prevent algae growth
- Inspect condenser, capacitor, contactor, and any related electrical
components
- Inspect air handler blower assembly, evaporator, heating elements,
thermostat, drain pan, and all other elements
- Inspect ductwork functionality
- System health report
- Priority Service
